General Provisions

A Gift Certificate (“Certificate”) is a document confirming the holder’s right to purchase goods offered by the Company from its official ассортимент.
1.2.
The Certificate is not a security, legal tender, electronic money, or a financial instrument with prepaid value.
1.3.
The Certificate may be used solely in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
2.
Legal Nature of the Certificate
2.1.
The amount paid for the Certificate constitutes a prepayment (advance payment) for future purchases of goods offered by the Company.
2.2.
The purchase of the Certificate does not constitute a concluded sales agreement for specific goods and does not create an obligation to reserve any specific goods.
