The courier contacts the customer to agree on the delivery time.

Delivery cost
Delivery within Dubai is free.
If repeated delivery is required due to customer fault, an additional fee may be charged.
4.
Delivery times
The standard delivery time within the UAE is from 1 to 5 business days from the date of payment confirmation.
In exceptional cases, the delivery time may be extended, for example on holidays or due to courier service delays.

Responsibility for delivery
After the order is transferred to the courier service, the customer receives a delivery notification.
The seller is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the courier service or force majeure circumstances.
6.
Receipt of the order
Upon receipt of the goods, the customer is obliged to check the integrity of the packaging and the conformity of the order.
