Rules for the delivery of goods (UAE)

 

1. General conditions

• Goods are delivered only after 100% prepayment of the order on the website.

• Placing and paying for the order confirms the customer's agreement with the terms of delivery.

 

2. Delivery method

• Delivery is carried out by courier service in the United Arab Emirates.

• Delivery is made to the address specified by the customer when placing the order.

• The courier contacts the customer to agree on the delivery time.

 

3. Delivery cost

• Delivery within the UAE is free.

• In case of repeated delivery due to the fault of the customer (for example, indicating an incorrect address or absence from the place), an additional fee may be charged.

 

4. Delivery times

• The standard delivery time within the UAE is from 1 to 5 business days from the date of payment confirmation.

• In exceptional cases, the delivery time may be extended (for example, on holidays or if the courier service is delayed).

 

5. Responsibility for delivery

• After the order is transferred to the courier service, the customer receives a notification of delivery.

• The seller is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the actions of the courier service or force majeure.

 

6. Receipt of the order

• Upon receipt of the goods, the customer is obliged to check the integrity of the packaging and the conformity of the order.
