Exchange and return

The return of goods of appropriate quality is possible if their marketable appearance, factory tags, labels, consumer properties are preserved, as well as a document confirming the purchase of the said product.

Goods that have been used or have damaged tags cannot be returned.

Exchange/Return for Online Store 

You can exchange or return a purchase made online within 14 days* from the date of receiving the goods.

In the case of exchanging goods of appropriate quality, the customer pays for the return shipping one way.

Refunds are made minus the delivery and return costs.

Refund process:

• After receiving the goods and approval of the return by the manager, the refund will be processed within 5 working days.
   

In some cases, the refund of non-cash funds can take up to 30 banking days, depending on the bank’s processing speed.
