Return and exchange conditions (Europe)

General provisions
We are a manufacturer of women clothing and produce custom-size pieces. These return and exchange terms follow the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).

Return of a product of proper quality
In accordance with EU law, products made to individual measurements or with personal modifications are not subject to return or exchange if they have no defects.
Finished standard-size products can be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt if they have not been worn, washed, and have retained their original appearance, tags, and packaging.
The buyer must attach proof of purchase (invoice, receipt, or electronic order confirmation).
The cost of return shipping is paid by the buyer unless the return is due to the seller's fault.
3.
Return of a defective product
If the product has a manufacturing defect or does not match the order, we undertake to exchange it for a similar one or refund the money.
We cover all shipping costs for the return of a defective product.
4.
Products that are not subject to return or exchange
Products made to order or modified at the customer's request.
Products that have been used or show signs of washing.
Accessories and items requiring compliance with sanitary standards (for example, masks).
5.
Return procedure
Send a request to our email address, indicating the order number, a description of the issue, and a photo of the product.
After the return is confirmed, send the product to the specified address.
Refunds are processed within 14 days from the date the product is received and inspected.

We manufacture women's clothing and make custom garments. These return and exchange terms comply with UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on consumer protection.
2.
Return of a product of proper quality
In the UAE, returns of products made to individual measurements or with personal modifications are not accepted, except where a defect is found.
Finished standard-size products can be returned within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase if they have not been worn, washed, and remain in merchantable condition.
Proof of purchase must be provided when making a return.
The cost of return shipping is paid by the buyer unless the return is due to the seller's fault.
3.
Return of a defective-quality product
In the event of a manufacturing defect or non-conformity with the order, the buyer has the right to request an exchange, repair, or refund.
All shipping costs for defective products are paid by the seller.
