Purchasing a certificate
Rules for using certificates:
1. The buyer is informed that the certificate is the property of the organization that issued this certificate.
2. The buyer can use the certificate when purchasing goods from the range indicated on the website https://1sterica.com/ during the validity of the certificate.
3. The amount of money paid by the Buyer of the certificate is a deposit for the goods provided, specified in clause 2 of these rules.
4. The purchase of a certificate indicates the conclusion between the organization that issued this certificate and the Buyer of the certificate with an obligation, during the validity period of the certificate, to enter into a retail purchase and sale agreement from the assortment of the organization that issued the certificate and at prices on the day the contract was concluded.
5. The validity period of the certificate is 6 (six) months from the date of its acquisition by the Buyer. After the expiration of the specified period, the certificate loses its legal force and expires. If the Client does not use the certificate on time, the organization that issued this certificate does not return the money for the certificate to the Buyer in accordance with Part 3 of Article 425 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
6. A retail purchase and sale agreement can be concluded by any certificate holder (the Buyer or the person to whom the Certificate was presented) who presents this certificate.
7. If the denomination of the certificate is less than the cost of the selected goods, the Buyer of the certificate may pay the remaining amount.
8. If the cost of the goods (goods) is less than the face value of the certificate, the remaining funds will not be returned to the Buyer.
9. Warranty service, exchange, return of low-quality goods or services purchased using a certificate are carried out in accordance with the general procedure provided for by current legislation.
