Exchange and return

 

1. General provisions

We are a manufacturer of women's clothing and we make women's clothing to individual sizes. These terms of return and exchange are developed in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).

 

2. Return of a product of proper quality

• In accordance with EU legislation, products made to individual sizes or with personal modifications are not subject to return and exchange if they have no defects.

• Finished products of standard sizes can be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order, if they have not been worn, have not been washed, have retained their presentation, tags and packaging.

• The buyer must attach a document confirming the purchase (invoice, receipt, electronic order confirmation).

• The cost of return shipping is paid by the buyer, unless the return is due to an error by the seller.

 

3. Return of a defective product

• If the product has a manufacturing defect or does not match the order, we undertake to exchange it for a similar one or refund the money.

• We cover all shipping costs for the return of a defective product.

 

4. Products that cannot be returned or exchanged

• Custom-made or modified at the customer's request.

• Products that have been worn or have traces of washing.

• Accessories and items that require compliance with sanitary standards (for example, masks).

 

5. Return procedure

• Send a request to our email address here , indicating the order number, description of the problem and a photo of the product.

• After confirming the return, send the product to the specified address.

• Refunds are made within 14 days from the date of receipt and inspection of the product.

2. Return of a product of proper quality

• In the UAE, returns of products made to individual sizes or with personal modifications are not carried out, except in cases of detection of a defect.

• Ready-made products of standard sizes can be returned within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase, if they have not been worn, washed and are in marketable condition.

• When returning, you must provide a document confirming the purchase.

• Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer, unless the return is due to an error by the seller.

 

3. Return of a product of inadequate quality

• In the event of a manufacturing defect or discrepancy with the order, the customer has the right to request an exchange, repair or refund.

• All shipping costs for the return of defective products are paid by the seller.

 

4. Products that cannot be returned or exchanged

• Custom orders and modified products.

• Products that have been worn or have traces of washing.

• Accessories that require compliance with sanitary standards.
