Exchange and return

The return of goods of appropriate quality is possible if their marketable appearance, factory tags, labels, consumer properties are preserved, as well as a document confirming the purchase of the said product.

Goods that have been used or have damaged tags cannot be returned.

Exchange/Return for Online Store (remotely)

You can exchange or return a purchase made online (remotely) within 7 days* from the date of receiving the goods.

In the case of exchanging goods of appropriate quality, the customer pays for the return shipping one way.

Refunds are made minus the delivery and return costs.

Orders made to the individual customer's specifications cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refund process:

• Fill out a return form, providing your details.
• Pack the items in the original bag or box.
• Send the package via any courier service (except Russian Post) to the address: Kaliningrad, A. Nevsky St., 193. The cost of shipping is not compensated.
• After receiving the goods and approval of the return by the manager, the refund will be processed within 5 working days.
   

In some cases, the refund of non-cash funds can take up to 30 banking days, depending on the bank’s processing speed.

Exchange/Return for Offline Store

The return of goods purchased in an offline store is carried out in the same store within 14 days. For a return, you need to provide a cash receipt and a passport.

When paying with a bank card, you need to present the same card used for payment.

Online Order Return to Offline Store

You can make a return within 14 days to an offline store after receiving an online order.

Refund process:

• For non-cash payment, the refund is made directly to the account from which the payment was made.
• For cash payment to the courier, the refund is made to the buyer's bank account.

Refunds are made minus the delivery cost.

Please note that the refund of non-cash funds can take up to 30 banking days, depending on the bank’s processing speed.
