You can exchange or return a purchase made online (remotely) within 7 days from the moment you receive the goods.
In the case of exchanging a product of proper quality, the return shipping cost is covered by the Buyer in one direction.
A refund is issued after deducting the shipping and return costs.
Orders made to individual customer specifications are not eligible for return or exchange.
To initiate a refund:
Fill out a refund request, providing your details.
Pack the items in the original packaging or box.
Send the package through any courier service (except Russian Post) to the following address: 193 A. Nevsky St., Kaliningrad. Shipping costs are not reimbursed.
After receiving the product and approval of the return by the manager, the refund will be processed within 5 business days. To ensure correct payment processing, please provide complete payment details on the refund form.
In some cases, non-cash refunds may take up to 30 banking days, depending on the processing speed of bank transactions.
